Hotel Information: AT&T Executive Center (Workshop rate available until July 31st)

We have reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees at The AT&T Executive Center – University of Texas at Austin. We have negotiated lower rates of $159 per night for the attendees for Friday, Aug 21st through – Sunday, Aug 23rd, 2009.

The workshop rate will be available until July 31st. Because of the convenient location of the AT&T Executive Center and the low hotel rate, participants are encouraged to make use of these accommodations.

If you wish to book your room online, please follow the following steps for availing the special rates:

1. Go to http://www.meetattexas.com 

2. Click on ‘Check Availability & Rates’ on the left-hand side. Under the ‘Booking Codes’ tab, place your group/promotional code IROMMT0509 (remember the field is case-sensitive, the first 6 digits are letters and capitalized, the last 4 digits are numbers). After entering the group code, hit tab to get out of the box. If done correctly, in the ‘Reservation Summary’ to the left-hand side a Booking Code will show up. 

3. Select the dates you would like to stay (if your dates are outside of the groups dates or has additional dates, you must call in to Reservations, 512-404-3600). 

4. Under the ‘Room Type’ tab, your choices for room types will show up. If it shows 'There are currently no room types available for the selected dates’ then please check the dates. Select your room type and then click Continue.  

5. Please fill in all Guest and Credit Card information including an email address (to ensure you receive an email confirmation letter). 

6. After the information is complete you will receive a confirmation number. If you do not receive the confirmation number then you have not completed the reservation.
