Group Project #2 Peer Evaluation

Each student in the group projects receives the same grade for project deliverables. This is sometimes unfair. On this Peer Evaluation Form, you have an opportunity to provide information about the actual work of your team members. I will keep the responses strictly confidential.

Ratings:

Rate your team members on a scale of 1-10:

              10 - Outstanding preparation and effort (appropriate for only 1 or 2 teammates)
              8   - Excellent preparation and effort
              5   - Mediocre preparation and effort
              1   - Zero contribution

Instructions:

1.          Enter your name and email address
2.          Enter your team member names for each project
3.          Assign a rating to each team member (Do not include yourself)
