The Graduate Business Council (GBC) is the student government for all students enrolled in Master of Business Administration degree programs at the McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin.
Mission
The mission of the Graduate Business Council is to provide a forum for students to directly impact administrative policy matters, while overseeing the development and maintenance of a strong sense of community and pride within the McCombs School of Business.
Constitution
The GBC constitution is a system, codified in a written document, which establishes the fundamental rules and principles by which the GBC is governed. The GBC constitution confers specific powers to the GBC on the condition that it abides by this constitution or charter limitation. The constitution's legitimacy has been derived from wide consensus of the student community and the school administration.
