Dear Future Students and Significant Others,

Deciding to attend an MBA program is not an easy choice. Having a family or significant other brings even more complexity to the decision. We know that many of you are very curious about what life in Austin will be like while your student is in school. What kind of jobs are available? Where will you live? How will you meet people? The Student and Significant Other Network (SAS) is here to make the transition to Austin and to the McCombs business school community seamless.

The Students and Significant Others (SAS) at UT is an organization that consists of students and their significant others from the McComb's School of Business. Our goal is to provide support throughout the business school experience by sponsoring numerous family and social activities; providing advice about living in Austin, and offering opportunities for students and their significant others to meet and launch new friendships. We even have a Facebook page where you can blog your questions to other members and get questions answered. There is something for everyone within our organization including: Little Longhorns, International, Career Connections, Orientation, Social and Community Service. It is nice to know that whenever you make the move to Austin, you will have friends ready to help you every step of the way.
